What is the Consignment VAT Report?

The Consignment VAT report within Vehicles > Reporting > Accounts > Consignment VAT is designed to allow you to see all vehicles with an adopted status, but have not had VAT posted against them. It can be found in Vehicles > Reporting > Accounts > Consignment VAT. The report allows you to see the discrepancies if a vehicle is set to a status of adopted, if this is done accidentally/automatically or by the raising of a sales invoice, a VAT invoice will be received to prompt the status change.
The report can be filtered at various levels of the company, this depends on the users access and location. The period the user wants to search is also an option to use.
There is also a date range for when the vehicles have been adopted. Users are also able to search for a particular stock number.
Clicking create report will show all vehicles that match the search criteria above. You are able to double click these records and open the stock cards for the vehicles.
Finally there are options to export and print the report.
