The Test Drive process allows test drives to be efficiently scheduled and recorded as part of the Sales Opportunity process. The Test Drive Reminder functionality can also be activated which will prompt the user to offer a test drive and allows for refusal reasons to be recorded if a test drive is not taken.
This can be found by going to CRM > Sales Reports > Activity > Test Drive Report.
The report criteria provide the selection of a branch and date range. The report display sall test drives that have taken place within the selected date range the records that are returned in the report are drillable, navigating to the customer record. The report can beprinted or exported.
The Export will be formatted with pre-selected filters for ease of further manipulation. If the report does not automatically open in Excel, save the report to a location, right click on it, select βopen withβ and choose Excel.
