The Test Drive Refusals report allows users to report on customers who have declined a test drive during the Sales Opportunity process.
Users can filter the report by branch, date, enquiry status (will be defaulted to Closed), report type (will default to Data), report focus and report details level. All fields must be completed, then users can Create the report.
In the Enquiry filter, users have an option of All, Ongoing and Closed. This will filter based on the status of the sales opportunity.
Report Type can be either Data or Graph, Data shows the information in a list and Graph shows information in a Graph and will grey out the Report Focus Filter and Report Detail Level.
Running a report type of data and report detail level of ''Detailed'' will show the data in columns.
The report detail level "Summary" will show a list of Refusal Reasons/Sales People and a count of refusals against each.
By double clicking into the individual segments of the report a list of customers associated to the refusal reason is displayed.
You can then double click through to the Customer Record from here.
The report can be printed or exported. The Export will be formatted with pre-selected filters for
ease of further manipulation. If the report does not automatically open in Excel, save the
report to a location, right click on it, select ‘open with’ and choose Excel.
