What is the Vehicles Deposit Day Book report in Vehicles > Reporting > Day Book?

This report within Vehicles > Reporting > Day Book is designed to allow you to see deposits taken for Vehicles, the report can be filtered in a number of ways and has a date range, customer and Stock Number search fields when trying to find a particular customer or vehicle.
The report is usable to users with the correct access level and can be adjusted for any one of the Companies locations. This is dependant on the users home location i.e if the users home location is set to the divisional level, they will be able to see and select the divisions and branches that fall under the division. If it is set to branch level then the user will only be able to see and select that one particular branch.
Users can also filter based upon the type of deposit that is being looked for i.e if the deposit was taken via card, cash etc.
To find deposits that have had their receipt already printed the Only Unprinted filter will need to be unticked. If the system has Deposit Categories set up you are able to filter the report further by selecting a category from the drop down box.
Once we have all of our search criteria we can click 'Create Report' to find all deposits that match our search parameters. This will display anything matching our criteria.
