Sales Messages will allow the easy processing and viewing of internet enquiries.
Go to CRM > Messages > Sales, you will be presented with Sales Internet Leads:
This will allow the appropriate teams/users to have access to deal with the enquiries they
need to and also allow access to be restricted where required.
By default, the screen will display details of un-processed enquiries for the current department for the last month.
Any internet enquiry created via an automated/integrated process will be displayed on the
Internet Leads screen either in Sales or Aftersales. Sales leads will also appear in the contact
diary of the default user entered into the internet lead parameters.
