The CRM amendments audit report provides details of any changes to a CRM record within a
selected date range. The report by default contains the current date which can be changed by
clicking the calendar icon next to the date field. The report can only be generated providing
the date ranges are within one month of each other.

The report can be filtered to show in which department and the user who carried out the
amendment which type of record was amended and if the amendment was carried out as part
of a user amendment or data cleanse amendment.

Once a report has been generated, double clicking on an entry in the report the details of which
field was amended the date and time and by which user carried out the amendment.

If a CRM record had been deleted the record can be restored to the database from within the
report. This can be done within 48 hours of deleting the record originally. From a deletions report double click on a record and click the restore button. The record will still appear in the deletions report showing the original date and user who carried out the deletion and also the date and user who restored the record.
