The Customer Status Amendments report details any change in status over a twelve month
period. The report displays the customer name, the amended date and time, the user who
amended the status and the old status value and the new status value. From this report the
individual customer record can be viewed by double clicking on a record within the report.
The report can be filtered to display βStatus Amendments and βStatus Changeβ.
The Status Change report will show; what status a customer was on at two date points. For
example, the report could show what the customer status was on 1st January 2020 and what
the customer was on at 1st January 2021, this will show the general move in status over a
timeline. The report will return amendments that have taken place on or the most recent prior
to the date selected. The current status is also displayed for reference should the report be
run for historic dates. If a customer has no status, they are excluded from the report. The
report is an option in the existing Status Amendment Report, and can be accessed via the
report type drop down. A Print and export option are also available for further manipulation.
