Upon creating a Sales Opportunity, once the Sales Opportunity box has been completed, the
user will be prompted with a Test Drive Reminder. Select βYes βif a test drive will be taken. If
βNoβ, a Test Drive Refusal Reason will need to be selected.
If the sales person intends to offer a test drive, the system will not prompt again until the lead
time in parameters has been reached. If during the duration of the lead time a test drive is
Arranged or taken, the prompt will no longer be displayed.
If the sales person elects not to complete a test drive, when the Sales Opportunity is closed
through the sales process either via a lost sale or customer order, and the System detects
that a test drive was not completed during that Sales Opportunity, a list of Refusal reasons
will be presented to the salesperson again to update if necessary.
