The SMS Usage Report has been developed to allow users improved management and
monitoring of SMS messages sent via the Pinewood DMS system. To access this report, select the CRM > Sales Reports > Management > SMS Usage option from the left hand menu to open the following screen:
A level of the company structure may be selected, allowing users with sufficient access to view
the number of SMS messages sent from different divisions or departments within the business.
This report is date specific, so a ‘Start Date’ and ‘End Date’ must be entered before the report
can be generated. Once the report criteria have been specified, select the “View Report” option
to generate the report in the lower half of the screen.
The user and the number of SMS messages sent via the system during the time frame specified
are both displayed within the report. Previously, you were able to drill into the lines
to view the SMS messages sent to the customers, we have now changed this to be an export
function, when you drill on the line an option to open or download the document will be present.
