📝 Internet Enquiries Report Overview

Internet enquiry reporting details all internet enquiries into the dealership. This report can be found in CRM > Sales reports > Management > Internet Enquiries.

The report lists all contacts for sales and aftersales enquiries.

Double clicking a record the customer record can be viewed and the contact history displayed. By default the report dates are for the previous month, this can be changed by clicking the calendar icon next to the date field and double clicking the required dates.

The option to focus the report on specific data is available by selecting the options listed below.

Report Type

The Report Type filter (Data or Graph) can be altered when a Division or Branch is chosen from the
Company Structure.

The Data option will display a summary of information based on the Report Focus (detailed
below). The summary can be double clicked to view the information in detail and each line of
detail can be double clicked to view the CRM record.

The Graph option will display a graphical representation of the summary, again dependent on the

Enquiry Type – will display the abbreviations of the Types (from the Dealer Parameters – Internet
Enquiry Types)

Enquiry Source – will display the abbreviations of the Sources (from the Dealer Parameters –
Internet Enquiry Sources)

Enquiry Category

Sales or Aftersales enquiries.
