How can I view what status Technicians are currently on?
Answer
Within Workshop > Reporting > Time Management > Technician Status - this report displays the status of all technicians that are clocked in and are recording their attendance in the workshop:
The report contains details on:
- Technicians: Displays the Technicians Details.
- Status: Displays the current clocked status of the Technician.
- Job Number: Shows which job the Technician is clocked onto.
- Customer: Shows the customer detail of the job that the Technician is clocked on.
- Reg Number: Displays the registration number of the vehicle hat the Technician is working on.
- Started: displays the time the technician changed their status.
