How do I display all operations on Workshop Invoices?
Answer
When you create a job that has more than one account, if it hasn't been set up to do so it will only show the work that has just been invoiced. The below article will show you how to set up the system to show the other operations.
Now if we look at the example below it is currently set to only show the work on that account.
If we go to:
Workshop > Invoicing > Produce Invoice
View the below example that has several operations set to different accounts.
Once invoiced when printed it will only show the operations invoiced to that account.
If the other work also needs to be displayed, this will need to be enabled within;
Workshop > Parameters > Parameters > General 1
Select the show all operations on invoice and accept.
Next time a job is invoiced that has multiple accounts it will now display the work to the one account, but there will now be another section that reads other work. That displays a description of the work set on the other account.
