Question 

How do I Check Past VHC Videos, if a customer wants to look back at them?

Answer

You would need to go to Workshop> Booking> Customer Enquiry- and then search for the registration.

Select the Customers, to generate their CRM Record

From here go to the Service Details tab.

Within here all previous Service History can be seen, the user can then drill into the individual lines to see the Invoice, Work Required, and Health Check

Select the Health Check tab

At the bottom of the screen, select Video

Within here, the user would be able to view the Video associated to that Health Check
