How do I allow urgent VHC work to be deferred?
Answer
If you you cannot defer any red or urgent work then this will be because there is a parameter ticket to prevent you from doing this.
To check this you will need to go to Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameters and then go to the Department tab.
The Parameter is called Prevent Deferral of Urgent Work.
You will need to make sure that this Parameter is unticked and it will allow you to defer urgent work from the Awaiting Approval screen.
