When a user comes to produce a workshop invoice, an error message may appear with an error code and a message saying 'Object Variable or With Block Variable Not Set' as shown in the image below.
How do I resolve this?

This message means that there is some wrong/absent information that is preventing the invoice from being produced. The most common cause or this error message is that the address on the customer record is incorrect, or is not being pulled through correctly.
To ensure everything is correct, go to Workshop > Jobs > Amend Job and put in the job number then go to the customer and vehicle tab.
Pull up the customers CRM record by clicking on the customer details box in the top left of the screen and 'amend' if any changes or updates are needed. Use the postcode look-up to confirm the address of the customer.
Once the details are correct, click save and you will now be able to invoice the job.
