How to drill through to vehicle CRM record from an archived stock card?

You can view full Vehicle Details from a vehicle Stock Card in Vehicles > Reporting > Stock Cards and selecting in the Vehicle Information box:
If, once youβve selected this box and no CRM record pops up go to CRM > Enquiry. Enter in the vehicle details - this can be either the Reg No or VIN number and click Search, you will find 0 results.
This means that there is no CRM record for that vehicle. You will need to create a new CRM record for the vehicle.
The reason an archived vehicle will have become delinked from the CRM record due to it being deleted by a user.
