Product Sales functionality within the system provides the ability for a detailed catalogue of products to be created and sold via existing Pinnacle processes.
They are set up within:Β Vehicles > Price List > Product Sales.
A product can be added to a quote or customer order and invoiced through the existing vehicle invoice routine or alternatively added to a customer CRM vehicle record to cater for Products sold after vehicle invoices.
Each product can have a defined contact plan created, and sales, profit and expiry date analysis can also be reported.
When you have Auto-Post ticked it will create the 'misc cost' postings and a Cost line to the vehicle Cost tabs when you invoice a vehicle that has that product added to it. On cancelling the invoice it will add reversal postings and a Negative Cost to the vehicle Cost tab.
