The Contact Plans Report will enable dealers to view both historically and prospectively the
contacts which have been created against customers following the invoice of a vehicle.
The Contact Plan Analysis report will need to be interrogated correctly to obtain the desired
objective. Changing the default Report Type field from Product Contacts to Vehicle Invoice
Contacts the fields for display on the right hand side will default to Invoice Contact Codes only
as displayed below:

If there are only specific contacts you wish to report on, all others will need to be deselected
before running the report (this enables you to look at specific contacts only and combined with
an historic planned contact date range would only display results of this specific type which
have not been actioned).

Finally the report includes 4 date range fields, the invoice date to and from will need to include
the date the vehicle was invoiced (as from this date all contacts are generated against the
customers CRM record), Planned Contact Date To and From will need to be set to include the
timescales of contacts you wish the report to include. These are all set by either typing over
the current date in the following format - DD/MM/YY, or by clicking the calendar icon and
double clicking a specific date.

Once this is completed click on the View Report button to generate the report. Provided that
the correct dates have been entered in the Planned Contact Date To and From fields, the
results returned will only show any outstanding contacts yet to be actioned through Pinewood DMS.
Each of the results can be drilled into to display the contact history and future contacts of the
CRM record, all future contacts which are passed the required time are displayed in red.
