Contacts at Invoice allows for the creation of a contact plan individual to each product. The
Contact at Invoice process for Product Sales works in the same way as the existing Vehicle
Contact Plans, creating future contacts for the customer at the point of vehicle invoice. For
each Product an unlimited number of contacts can be added
To create a contact plan, within the Product Maintenance screen, click into the Contacts at
Invoice field.
Click on βAmendβ to amend an existing contact, or βAddβ to add a brand new
contact.
For each contact the following details are specified:
Description
Enter a description or name for the contact, for example βFollow Up Letterβ.
Contact Category
Static list of CRM Contact Categories to assign the contact to a department, i.e., Parts, Sales or Service.
Contact Reason
As per CRM Contact Reasons.
Contact Method
As per CRM Contact Methods.
Letter Name
If a Contact Method of Letter is selected this field will become activated to allow for selection of a letter β the letter will need to be created in CRM for it to appear here.
Contact Period
Time frame type i.e., day, week, month or year.
Contact Value
The contact will appear in the diary from date of the vehicle invoice.
Assigned To
The sales person that the future contact will be generated for - Original Sales Person will use the
sales person selected on the vehicle customer order.
Contact Plan Code Definable list of Product Sales specific contact codes.
These are created from the main Product Sales screen using the Contact Plan Codes button. These
contact codes are available as filter criteria in the Contact Plan Analysis report.
Description
The description for the selected Contact Plan Code.
