How to deactivate and reactivate a Vehicle Product Sale?
Answer
If a Product is no longer available for sale but past sales are still to be reported on then the
product deactivation routine can be used.
From the side menu, select Vehicles > Price List > Product Sales.
Search or select the Product that is to be deactivated.
Single click on the Product and click βDeactivateβ.
The selected product will no longer appear on the vehicle quote and customer order routine
but is still available in the Product Sales reports.
To see a list of Products that are currently deactivated, tick the Include Inactive Products filter on the Products Sales screen and both active and deactivated products will be returned. The Active column will denote whether the Product is active or not.
To reactivate a product double click on it within the list and then select βYesβ to the dialogue
box βDo you want to reactivate the product?β. The Product Maintenance dialogue will then be
loaded allowing confirmation of the product details. Make any necessary amendments and
click βSaveβ.
