Vehicle Late Adjustments functionality is available which allows sales and costs to be posted against a vehicle with a status of Finalised or Archived via the Parts and Workshop modules using the INTER account and via the Sales Ledger Sundry Posting function. When posting via the Sales Ledger you are able to use any account with the exception of INTER.
The Adjustments report will show all late adjustments, with details of the vehicle, source and value. The report will default to display vehicle adjustments within the current period, however this can be changed if necessary. Other filters include branch, stock number and salesperson.
Drilling into an adjustment will open up the Accounts tab on the vehicle stock card to view specific details.
