The Outstanding Prep report displays all outstanding Prepare For PDI requests not yet
invoiced by the after sales departments as shown below.
If Estimated Preparation is active, the report will display the Estimated Value posted when the
job request was initially processed to the after sales departments.
Double click on any of these lines to access the vehicle stock card. To display the details of the
outstanding preparation request, single click the vehicle and click ‘PDI Requests’ at the bottom
of the screen.
The Outstanding Prep report can be printed using the ‘Print Report’ option.
