How to remove a part exchange from a customer order?

Answer

In order to remove a part exchange from a customer order you will need to go to the following Vehicles > Customer Orders > Amend. Then you will need to find the customer order that the part exchanged is attached to by searching through the following options.

Once you have found the customer order double click onto it to take you to the customer order screen.

As shown in the screen shot below you will need to click into the blue box that says part exchange.

Once you have clicked into the part exchange box, a pop up screen will appear with the part exchange details. Single click onto the vehicle and the press remove button as shown in the screenshot below.

Once you have clicked on remove this will then bring up another pop up screen which is the delete supplier order screen. As shown in the screenshot below.

Click on delete supplier order and then you will get a reminder to confirm that you want to delete the supplier order. Once you have clicked yes you have successfully removed a part exchange from a customer order.
