Within CRM > Parameters > Dealer Parameters - General Tab, the Sales System URL parameter allows a link to be created to a third party site, for example FSA, for recording customer data with the Financial Services Authority.
To set this up go to the below screen:
Add a URL to any 3rd party site, and enter in a Label name below.
This will then add the button to the Customer Tab of the CRM record that allows you to click through to the 3rd party site, as shown below:
