How do I Amend the Diagnostic Hours in the Workshop Booking Diary?
Answer
Within Workshop > Booking > Diary, you are able to view the available diagnostic hours.
To amend the available diagnostic hours, you will need to go to Workshop > Parameters > Technician Details > Details
Within this screen, first select a technician and if you were looking to amend the diagnostic hours for Monday, double click on one of the lines for Monday.
Click accept for productive hours
Within the technician skills screen, you will now be able to amend the diagnostic hours and once this has been done, click on accept.
Please note this process will need to be done for each technician for each day the diagnostic hours need amending.
