How can deleted work be shown as a negative figure in Health Check Outcomes?
Answer
In Workshop > Reporting > Health Check - Outcomes tab.
You will see a list of service advisors with the value of work and whether this work has been Invoiced, Deferred, Declined or Deleted.
You would expect the result for Deleted to show a positive figure, but if it is showing as a negative figure this is due to the value of work invoiced being greater than the value of work that was identified on the health check.
This also results in the percentage invoiced figure being greater than 100%.
