The Part Exchange panel will display all vehicles that the customer owns. Click on the arrow highlighted below to expand the Part Exchange screen.
To add a vehicle click on the green plus icon, this will then allow the registration number to be
entered into the screen below.
After entering the registration number press the search button, and the Vehicle details will be
found using the vehicle lookup
If the vehicle details are correct, press Import All, then press Accept. This will import the
vehicle details into Pinnacle.
To load the Vehicle Appraisal form, click on the field next to Appraisal.
Or select Add Appraisal from the context menu.
This will display the following window.
Click on New Appraisal, this will open the Appraisal Form. If required, print it out. The
following window is then displayed allowing entry of the Offer Value and SIV.
The completed appraisal form can also be uploaded into Pinnacle by clicking the Browse
button and finding the appraisal document on your PC, then press upload.
After this has been completed, hit on 'Request Validation' and that will populate the Appraisal field with the Value and Date of the latest Valuation.
