How do I Re-Open a Vehicle Health Check?

First you will need to check to see if you have the relevant access level in order to re-open a Vehicle Health Check. To find this out go to Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameters
In here, you will see the 'Re-Open Access Level' Parameter, you will need this access or higher to be able to Re-Open a Vehicle Health Check form to make changes.
If you have the correct access level, and a Vehicle Health Check has been completed by error it can re-opened by going to Workshop > Jobs > Amend Job
Click the 'Health Check' button at the bottom of this Job Details screen, as highlighted.
Click this and you will get a Pop-Up of the Vehicle Health Check, to re-open this click the Re-Open button.
