Why am I unable to re-open a Vehicle Health Check?

There are a few different factors which could contribute to this, below is a screenshot of the Re-Open button which you should see within Workshop > Jobs > Amend Job when clicking the 'Health Check' button.
Scenario 1 of you not being able to Re-Open the VHC is because you do not have the relevant access level to Re-Open one. To review the level needed to Re-Open VHC go to Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameters and it will show the Access level needed to Re-Open VHC here.
Scenario 2 of you not being able to Re-Open a Vehicle Health Check would be because the work on the Health Check that was identified has already been declined, deferred or added to the Job.
