How to view all outstanding finance deals?
Answer
The Vehicle Debtors report will allow you to view outstanding debtor values owed to the dealership by a Finance company.
To view all outstanding finance deals, go to:
Vehicles > Reporting > Accounts > Debtors
Then change the debtor type to Finance.
Click Create Report
This will produce a report detailing outstanding finance deals, such as which finance company was invoiced to, the vehicle details, and the outstanding account balance.
