Why is a customer pulling through the incorrect parts value or discount on a health check price estimate?

This will normally be down to an account being attached to the customer CRM. You can check this by going to CRM > Enquiry > Customer. Within this screen you are able to see if there is an account attached to the customer.
If you go to Accounts > Sales Ledger > Transaction Accounts and search for account attached to the customer. You will be able to see here at what price the parts are sold to this account.
To resolve this, you will need to remove the account from the customer record. Go to CRM > Enquiry > Customer, click amend and the account. Here you will be able to clear the account.
