Why does my warranty show as less than 100% on the Renault system when I invoiced the full amount to Renault?
Answer
This will be due to warranty and non-warranty work being on the same customer requirement. Although the full amount was invoiced to Renault, there system can see only part of the customer requirement was invoiced to them, thus resulting in lower than 100% showing within Renault warranty system.
The system calculates the percentage as:
(warranty hours / total requirement hour) * 100 = total percentage invoiced to Renault
