How to produce an extract for the End of Period Report if the report type is selected as Short Form Report?

The End of Period Function within the Stock List will allow the user to produce an extract for the End of Period Report if the report type is selected as Short Form Report.
Within Vehicles > Reporting > Stock Lists > End of Period, you are able to select the Report Type of ‘Short Form Report’.
You are able to Extract this report to view;
- Stock Number
- Vehicle
- Status
- First Period
- Stand in Value
- Variance
- Days in Stock
The extract will display as below;
