The ability to Finalise Transactions by Sales Location and within the current period has been added to the Finalise Transactions screen so that a dealer with a central vehicle management structure will be able to finalise a vehicle at any given date in an open period.
Within Vehicles > Month End > Finalise Transactions you are able to select the Sales Location to filter the vehicles by sales location. If this field is left blank this will display all vehicles.
You can use the filter by drilling in to the Sales Location box and selecting the location desired.
Once the desired Sales Location has been selected, select the Search button to display.
You can then select the desired vehicle and use the Finalise button to complete.
