Question

How to add a New Vehicle Specification to the Price List?

Answer

To add a new Vehicle Model to the Price List, go to Vehicles > Price List > New

Any franchises that have already had a price list created for them appear at the top left hand
side of the screen under the heading โ€˜Franchisesโ€™.

Select a Franchise from the Menu by clicking on this once, then select a Model that the specification needs to fall under:

Click on the โ€˜New Specโ€™ button on the bottom right hand side of the screen. Once this has been selected, the screen will require specific information for the Specification.

Description: The name of the specification

Friendly Description: The name for the specification that will appear for customers on invoices/vehicles reports

Financial Details: default finance information that is used when the car is ordered

Service Interval Miles: Enter the Service Interval Miles here, or at specification level. This will populate the CRM Aftersales Diary.

Service Interval Weeks: Enter the Service Interval Weeks here, or at specification level. This will populate the CRM Aftersales Diary.

Once this information has been entered successfully, select โ€˜Saveโ€™ to confirm the changes and
add the Spec to the Vehicle Price List. Then click Yes to the pop up window and the Model will be added.

Then you will need to add the options, colours and accessories available on this spec, click the Options button:
