I have raised a Workshop Job Credit but need to add Parts, how do I add them?
Answer
If you have used the manual Raise Credit option within Workshop, you will need to add the parts back manually.
When you have raised a credit, this will generate a credit job number.
This can be searched within Parts > Sales > Workshop Issues.
Here the Parts Department can issue the parts to be credited back. Adding these will put the parts back into stock. You will see the Job Type along the top states this is a Credit Job Card.
Once the parts for credit have been issued, these can then be viewed within Workshop > Invoicing > Produce Credit.
