📝 There is a job showing on my Work In Progress that I cannot Invoice

Question

I have a job showing on my work in progress that I can't Invoice, why is it there? 

Answer

If you view your Work In Progress Report and there is a job showing that you cannot Invoice, it may be that this is a Credit that was created but not produced. 

If you drill into the job, this will show further detail in a pop up. Here you can see the button for 'Credit' may be showing. 

For this to be removed, you will need to complete the Credit process in full.

Select the Credit button and once the Credit is produced, this will be removed from the Work in Progress. 

You can also remove unwanted jobs from the Work in Progress Report. To do this, single click into each operation as you would from within Amend Job and delete each operation. Once every operation has been removed the job will close down and be removed from the WIP.
