📝 Part Exchange Vehicle(s) have NOT been brought into Stock! – How do I clear this?

I am trying to complete the Month End Process but there is a Vehicle preventing me from doing so with the message that: Part Exchange Vehicles have NOT been brought into Stock! How do I clear this?

If you are viewing the Vehicles > Reporting > Exceptions report as part of the Vehicles Month End Process and there is a vehicle on the report with the below message:

You will need to take note of the Registration Number or if there is one, the Stock Number, of the Part Exchange vehicle. To do this click the Stock Card link box from the Exceptions report:

Once you have this information go to: Vehicles > Bring Into Stock > Used Vehicle and enter the Registration Number or Stock Number:

Double click on the line and check the details on the Bring Into Stock screen are correct and then click Next:

The Part Exchange vehicle is now In Stock and Month End can now be completed according to the Vehicles Month End Process guide.
