I can't Credit my Workshop Invoice because it says it is too old?

Answer

If you are unable to credit an invoice because it states it is too old to credit, then there is a parameter that can be amended. 

This is within Account > Sales Ledger > Ledger Parameters. 

Within the Master Parameters Tab, there is an option to 'Prohibit Refunds to Invoices Over' and then the selected months.

If the invoice was over this term then this will prevent the credit. You can amend the months if this is agreed and then credit the job.
