A Vehicle is saying it is Reserved - how can I clear this?
Answer
If you go to Vehicles > Reporting > Stock Cards and view the stock card with the problem:
You will need to click the Reserved box
And this will take you to the Customer Record of the Customer who has placed the reserve deposit:
Click the Deposits tab and then take note of the details of the deposit linked to this vehicle:
Then go to Vehicles > Reporting > Accounts > Deposits and find the deposit in this report using the available filters. This will then need to be refunded, surrendered or released from the Vehicle to clear the reservation on the vehicle.
