I am trying to invoice a vehicle and I am getting the message:Β 'Finance Settlement Valid To Date has Expired' - How can I clear this so I can invoice successfully?

Answer

If you are getting the below error when attempting to invoice a vehicle:

Then you will need to go to Vehicles > Customer Orders > Amend and go into the order on the New Stock Number:

Click into the Part Exchange details box and double click the part ex line:

Click the Search icon next to the Settlement field and amend the Settlement date (this will need to be greater than the Invoice date according to theΒ Finance Settlement Valid To Date Lead Time Parameter you have set).Β

Once this is changed, click save. Then Next on the Part Ex details screen. And then save the information on the Customer Order screen as normal.Β 

You can then return to the Invoicing area and invoice the vehicle you will be able to invoice the vehicle off successfully.Β
