I am trying to reconfirm a vehicle's cost but I'm unable to as all the boxes are greyed out. How do I resolve this?

Answer

If a vehicle's costs have previously been confirmed and you need to amend these in any way, you would go to Vehicles > Vehicle Costs > Confirm New. However, upon re-entering you may find that the fields you need to change are greyed out as below:

To rectify this, please go through the following steps:

You will need to click into the Tax box:

You will then need to click the red 'X' next to the Tax line:

Click Yes.

Then click Accept. The fields will then be open for editing:

Make the changes you need to and then click Next to Proceed.
