How can I retrieve deferred work on a Health Check? I have deferred the work but the customer has changed their mind.
Answer
If you have initially deferred work but a customer as decided to accept the work then you can add this back onto the job by going into the job and selecting the Follow Up button.
If the job where the health check was raised is still open, then navigate to Invoicing > Produce Invoice. Within this screen there is a button labelled 'Follow Up'
See the work required will be available to view. At this stage you are able to select the line, and the Add to Job button will be available.
Select 'Add to Job'. This will allow you to add the initially deferred line back to the job.
