Why is the award hours screen showing the Technician details in blue?
Answer
Within the Time Analysis screen under Award Hours, you will now be able to see if hours have been amended or not. This is a recent update that has been enrolled on to Pinewood DMS in order to easily differentiate what has been amended within the Award Hours screen and who by.
Previously the lines with any of the recorded details would appear in this screen and these could be selected and updated, however it wasn’t clear what had been updated and by who in the dealership.
Within Workshop > Time Analysis > Award Hours, you will now be able to view if there have been any amendments made to any of the lines within this screen now as the line that has been amended will now appear blue.
For example, double click in to the technician that hours need amending. You can amend the hours in the top right section of the screen to whatever is necessary.
Then click ‘Update’.
The line which has now been amended has turned blue, identifying to other users that this particular technician’s hours have been changed.
If you hover over the user’s line that has been amended, you will be able to see who in the dealership amended the user’s hours.
