In CRM > Enquiry or anywhere in the system where a user would amend a Vehicle CRM (Marketing) Record users are prevented from changing the Marketing Location of the Vehicle.
When amending the Vehicle CRM Record and trying to change the Department as highlighted above, if the vehicle currently has an open booking or job in a Workshop department, you will be unable to do so and a pop up will appear as below:
The booking or job will need to be processed to be able to amend the Department.
