Answer

This occurs because there are no technicians available for the selected day. In order to amend the technicians availability, please navigate to Workshop > Parameters > Technicians Details > Details.

Within this screen, select the technician name from the drop down menu above.

Once a technician is selected, notice that this technician won't be available on the day due to a holiday being booked.

Sickness & Training would also book a technician's time off the planner as well.

The user can either amend the days off for the technician, or delete the days off booked.

Solution 1: Amend

To amend the holidays of a technician, the user can double click on the holiday record below.

Once double clicked, a holiday editor shows up where dates can be amended.

Amendments can be made by freeing the technician for the required day then clicking on Accept.

Solution 2: Delete the days booked

Click on the record that is required to be deleted.

Once clicked, the delete button below should now be available.
