How can I change the purchase values of a Used Vehicle?
Answer
In order to change the purchase values of a Used Vehicle, navigate to Vehicles > Vehicles Costs > Amend Used.
Search for the vehicle in question and double click on the search result.
Amend the values of the vehicle then click on Next to save the changes.
A purchase invoice can be optionally printed at this stage.
Once done, to confirm the changes made, navigate to Vehicles > Reporting > Stock Cards
Search for the vehicle and double click on the search results.
Once in, click on the Purchase tab at the top.
The amendments made should now be visible here.
