Answers

The reason a technician is not able to finish a job is because the Finish Parameters are not defined within Pinewood DMS.

To define the Finish Parameters, navigate to Workshop > Parameters > Time Management

Select Finish from the drop down list

Within this screen, new Finish reasons can be added to aid the technicians in defining the reasons for finishing jobs.

To add a new job finish reason, click on the Add button below

Once the Add button is clicked, a screen shows up that enables the user to add more details regarding the finish reason needed.

Once the information have been added, clicking on the save button would save that reason within the list

If the technician wished to finish an operation within a job, clicking on the finish operation button takes the technician to the finish reason that was just created.
