When trying to work on a health check, I am receiving the error 'You currently have this recommended work line open in another window. Please complete or save to continue.' How can I resolve this?
Answer
The Recommended Work Lock Level parameter determines how many sessions of Pinewood DMS you can have open when working on a Health Check.
In order to change the Recommended Work Lock Level, you would need to follow the below path:
Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameters
This can be set to either Job or Line.
When it is set to Job - you can only be operating in one session when working on the Health Check.
This can cause the following message to occur, when opening up a second session for the Health Check:
When it is set to Line - this should allow a user to operate in multiple sessions when working on a Health Check
