How can I delete a Vehicle Supplier?
Answer
You are unable to permanently delete a vehicle supplier, instead this can be deactivated .
In order for you to prevent a Supplier being available in Supplier Orders, you will need to follow the below path:
Vehicles > Parameters > Suppliers
Double click the relevant supplier
You will then need to untick the 'Active' box - this supplier will then no longer be available to select when completing a Supplier Order.
Deactivated Suppliers, can be reactivated at any point.
Please Note: If a Supplier Order is amended and the Supplier is deactivated then you will be prompted
to use a new supplier.
Clicking the Amendments Audit button will show any saved amendments made by users to the Supplier.
